You know, one episode setup I’ve wanted to see is one where I.M.P are split up into two groups: One with Blitzo and Millie, and one with Loona and Moxxie. Maybe send him to the vet or something.Įdited by StyxD on Jul 9th 2023 at 11:56:24 AM

Maybe they'll do more with it later.Īt this point, if they really want to make a Millie episode, I think the writers will have to shunt Moxxie somewhere for the duration, otherwise they seem to just can't help themselves. Meanwhile, the one thing we learn about Millie is that she wants to be adored? Appreciated? I'm not really sure, it's more of a kernel of an idea than a whole thing. Even if it's about him owing up to acting like an asshole. But Moxxie still manages to insert himself as the emotional core of the episode.

Though it definitely tries to be, by putting a literal spotlight on Millie. I'm not really sure if I'd agree that this is the mythical "Millie-centric episode". I don't really get the joke with Millie and Moxxie crossdressing, but Moxxie's actor doing the mock popular girl voice was so good. I lost it when the subtitles started mocking Moxxie. I can forgive a lot of inconsistency when it makes me laugh, since I prefer to think of Helluva Boss as primarily a Black Comedy, anyway. Especially when one goes with the fight scene at the end.Īnd the episode was really damn funny. I suppose it's got a point to make this time, but when everyone is just so incompetent, it's hard to take anything seriously.īut then pacing got on a hell of a redemption arc in the second half, and it was my favourite episode by the end.
